This KVM is used to switch between two PCs and one SVGA monitor, PS2 keyboard & PS2 mouse, line in & line out for audio (normally speakers & microphone) with 3.5mm stereo connections for this purpose. This box emulates the PS2 signals and so is suitable for live switching, which can be undertaken via push buttons on the switch or hotkeys on the keyboard.
