LightScribe is an optical disc recording technology that utilizes specially coated recordable CD and DVD media to produce laser-etched labels with text or graphics, as opposed to stick-on labels and printable discs.
The results give a much more professional touch to the look of the disc.

The coating on these discs allow for a monochrome on gold effect.

Please note : A Lightscribe compatible CD/DVD RW drive is required for "burning" of labels.
